Our satellite imagery allowed this grower to identify trees with less vigor in particular areas. They discovered that these areas had been under-watered since planting because the irrigation was not appropriate for the soil condition.
Results:
After using Farm(x) for one season dramatic canopy improvements were noticed. This grower saw both a yield improvement and a 7% annual water savings. Next season, they plan to manage their pumping using Farm(x) irrigation schedule options and are forecasted to save 10-12% of their power costs.

Results:
After a history of being late to harvest, this ranch became one of the first to be ready this July. Due to increased plant health harvesting time was normalized, resulting in less water usage and employee time. The trees looked better and had stable yield results.

Our data exposed problems with their irrigation system which helped motivate them to upgrade the entire 200 acres. Once the new system was being monitored and controlled by Farm(x), the trees began getting the right amount of water.
Results:
Currently, the stunted trees are catching up and the yield is improving. The farm staff has seen benefits from the ability to monitor and control the whole system remotely. Knowing the proper volume, timing and uniformity of water distribution gives them confidence in their new irrigation system and time to focus on other tasks.
